Athletics Ireland announced the Irish team for the forthcoming International Grand Prix in Margate on Sunday, 16th November.

The team will be lead by former two-time European Champion Catherina McKiernan who's recent return to top flight competition has seen the Cavan woman take second position in Belgium two weeks ago and she will be confident of going one place better this weekend.

The Senior Men's team is led by 8 times National Inter Counties Champion Séamus Power. He is backed up by the European U-23 5,000m medallist Robert Connolly of Dundrum South Dublin.

Two-time defending Inter Clubs Champion Mark Christie heads the Junior Men's team while three-time Inter Clubs Champion Fionnuala Britton leads the Junior Women.
