Derval O'Rourke (Senior Women's 60m hurdles) and Erin Kinnear (Junior Women's Pole Vault) set Irish National records. O'Rourke ran 8.18 to win the 60m-hurdle event better her 2002 best of 8.22. Kinnear vaulted 3.60m to win the Junior Women's pole vault.

Irish winners in the U-20 meet included Eoin Leen (shot putt, 16.11m), Joanne Cuddihy (400m, 55.92), Laura Crowe (800m, 2.12.97), Ciara Kerarns (long jump, 5.80m), Leona Byrne (high jump, 1.70m) and the aforementioned Kinnear in women's pole vault.

In the Senior meet Irish winners were Paul Crowe (shot putt, 14.82m), Adrian O'Dweyer (high jump, 2.20m), 4x200m Relay (1.41.09) comprised of Emily Maher, Antoinette Furlong, Anna Boyle, Derval O'Rourke, St. Malachy's Gary Murray running as a guest (1,500m, 3.48.74) and the aforementioned O'Rourke in women's 60m-hurdle event.
